"Pretty consistent, even if I still compare it to the others"
I use Deliveroo a few times a month, and it’s usually dependable. I’ve tried to stick with a couple of other delivery apps because I’ve used them longer, but Deliveroo is the one I keep coming back to when I just want things to go smoothly.

There have been a few late orders, mostly on busy evenings, but nothing that really put me off. Most of the time the food arrives warm, the tracking is easy to follow, and the riders have been polite.
It’s not perfect, and part of me still feels loyal to the apps I started with, but Deliveroo has probably been the most consistent for me lately. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Food still came hot"
I was really happy with my order today. It arrives quicker than I expected and the food was still proper hot, not just a bit warm. The chips are fresh and the curry was steaming when I opened it up. It make such a difference when it gets here like that. Driver was nice too, so no complaints from me. I would definitely use again.

"Diet details are usually easy to find"
I order from Deliveroo often, and for the most part I find the allergy and veggie info clear enough to understand quickly. For me, it makes choosing food a lot less stressful when it’s all listed properly. That said, a few restaurants still leave some details blank, so I sometimes feel like I need to double-check before ordering. Overall though, I’d say it’s good.

"Cancelation was handled way faster than I expected"
I ended up having to cancel my order at the last minute and was bracing myself for a whole back-and-forth. But it was sorted really quickly, no fuss at all. They told me when the refund would show up, and it came through just like they said. Relieved it all went that smoothly.

The app is easy to use, which I appreciate because I don’t have the patience to figure out something complicated. That said, the checkout can lag sometimes, it gets frustrating when I’m just trying to finish my order and move on.

One of my orders turned up with about half the food missing, and I was irritated because I’d been looking forward to it. I went through the help section on Deliveroo, sent over a quick photo, and expected it to be a bit of a hassle.
To be fair, they sorted it faster than I thought and I didn’t have to keep chasing anyone. From my side, it actually felt like the restaurant was held accountable, which made the whole thing less frustrating. Obviously I’d rather it hadn’t happened, but I was happy enough with how it was handled

The two-step login works fine for me and makes me feel a lot safer using the account. It’s a little extra hassle, but I’d rather have that than worry about security. Has anyone else had any trouble with it, or has it been smooth for you too?

I had a really good experience with Deliveroo today. The order tracking updated quickly and felt accurate, so I could trust what it was showing instead of constantly looking outside. I could see when the rider was nearby, and the food arrived pretty much when it said it would. Nothing complicated, just a smooth and reliable delivery...

I’ve had Deliveroo Plus for a few months now, and it’s been handy. I order more often than I probably should, so the free delivery does make a difference and has saved me a bit of money over time.

The only downside is that some restaurants still have extra fees or minimum spend rules, which can be a little annoying. But overall, it does what I need it to do, and I’m happy enough keeping it.

Ordered dinner after work and it showed up quicker than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. Food was still hot, and the rider found my flat without any hassle. I use Deliveroo often when I can’t be bothered to cook, the timing is usually solid enough in my experience.

I use Deliveroo often. Mainly because of food allergies. The allergen info is usually clear enough, which helps a lot. One restaurant had something missing, so I had to call and check. Bit annoying. But most of my orders matched what was listed. Makes ordering way less stressful. Not perfect. But good overall.

I usually use deliveroo.co.uk when I really can’t be bothered to cook. The prices are mostly fair, and I like that the delivery fee is shown before you pay, so there’s no awkward surprise at checkout. It’s not always the cheapest option, but when there are offers on, it usually works out decent.
